My experience spans professional services, technology, creative industries, nonprofit organizations, and founder-led businesses, where I've led organizational transformation, people strategy, operational excellence, and leadership development.
I'm often brought in when a business has a strong vision and talented people, but growth has introduced complexity, competing priorities, or operational roadblocks. I help leadership teams simplify the structure, improve accountability, strengthen execution, and build organizations that don't rely on constant firefighting.
